Terms & Conditions - Sakura BPO

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Sakura BPO LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our legal intake forms, SMS communications, and related services. By submitting your information through any Sakura BPO-operated intake form, you agree to this Agreement in its entirety.

Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your information through our forms or services.

1. About Sakura BPO LLC

Sakura BPO LLC is a business process outsourcing company specializing in legal intake services. We operate intake forms and SMS follow-up communications on behalf of law firms and legal service providers. Sakura BPO is the operator of all intake forms and the sender of all SMS communications, even where such forms are co-branded with the name of a referring law firm.

Sakura BPO does not provide legal advice. We facilitate the connection between individuals seeking legal consultations and licensed law firms or legal service providers.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. SMS Text Messaging Program

Program Description

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Sakura BPO LLC, including appointment reminders, callback notifications, and case status updates related to your legal intake inquiry. Message frequency may vary.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to our SMS program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our legal intake form. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving legal intake services.

Keyword Commands and Auto-Responses

The following keywords are supported at any time by replying to any message from us:

START – Use: Opt in to SMS messages. Response: Sakura BPO: Thanks for subscribing to legal intake notifications! Reply HELP for help. Message frequency may vary. Msg&data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out.
STOP – Use: Opt out of all SMS messages. Response: Sakura BPO: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.
HELP – Use: Request assistance. Response: Sakura BPO: Please reach out to us at info@sakurabpollc.com or (866) 505-9050 for help.

Rates and Carriers

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Data Sharing

We will not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the legal intake communications you requested. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Co-Branded Intake Forms

Sakura BPO operates legal intake forms on behalf of law firms. These forms may appear to be branded or co-branded with the name of a referring law firm. In all cases, Sakura BPO LLC is the operator of the form and the sender of any resulting SMS communications. This Agreement and our Privacy Policy govern all such interactions.

5. No Legal Advice

Sakura BPO LLC does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. Nothing communicated through our intake forms, SMS messages, or any other channel constitutes legal advice. You should consult a licensed attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting intake forms. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your access to our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAKURA BPO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sakura BPO LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your breach of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Orange County, California. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit related to your use of our services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
